Art Vision in collaboration with Orissa Tourism organized the 5th Kalinga Mahotsav, a national Festival of Martial Arts at Dhauli, Bhubaneswar, on the 4th and 5th of February 2006.

Sangam - A Confluence of Dance

On Guru Dibasa, Art Vision, presented the third edition of Sangam, a confluence of dance at Jayadev Bhawan, Bhubaneswar.The festival is conceived as an offering of new and exclusive choreographic compositions in two different dance styles in honor of all the Gurus who have guided and inspired us. The theme of this year festival was: 'Indian dance meets western music'. Art Vision presented 3 exclusive items choreographed by Ileana Citaristi: Bolero (to Ravel's music), Tarana (to Taurif Qureshi music) and Saraha (to Anwar Qursheed music).The guest troupe led by Kuchipudi dancer and choreographer Vyjayanthi Kashi from Bangalore presented Sammilan and The Epic Women.
