Classes in Odissi and Chhau are conducted throughout the year at Art Vision Dance Academy, situated on the banks of the sacred Bindusagar lake, surrounded by ancient Hindu temples in the old part of Bhubaneswar.

Special intensive workshops (residential) are conducted in summer (Jul - Aug) and in winter (Dec - Jan) for visiting dancers from outside the state. On special request visiting students can be accommodated also during other months depending upon feasibility. The fees cover the classes conducted daily, lodging and site visits to temples of Bhubaneswar, Puri and the Sun Temple of Konark as well as witnessing cultural programmes on stage. A maximum of 3 (three) students can be taken on for the residential workshops per batch, on a first-come-first-served basis. Accommodation is furnished and a fully equipped kitchenette is provided for students to cook their own food.
